The year is coming to an end, and it's time to celebrate the Christmas festivities. We would like to inform you of the end-of-year closing dates and details regarding Colissimo deliveries.
Exceptional Closure: We will be closed from Friday evening, December 22nd until January 4th. During this period, our team will take a well-deserved rest in order to return in top form to serve you in 2024.
Last Chance for Pre-Christmas Delivery: If you're planning to receive your orders in time for Christmas, please note that the order deadline is the Wednesday before we close, which is Wednesday, December 20th. Placing your order before this date will ensure your packages are shipped in time for the holidays.
Deliveries with Colissimo: We partner with Colissimo to ensure the fast and secure delivery of your packages. However, please note that delivery times may be affected during the holiday season due to high demand.
In mainland France, Colissimo delivers within 48 working hours . For delivery before Christmas, your package must be delivered no later than Thursday, December 21, 2023 (in the morning) for delivery on Saturday, December 23, 2023.
Tips for a Smooth Delivery:
- Check that all delivery information is correct.
- Track your package using the tracking number provided.
